assigned to our skiptracing and investigation department.
Our locators and investigators, equipped with cutting
edge skiptracing and investigative resources, expand their
efforts far beyond the scope of typically used white pages
or public record lookups. Taking these additional steps
is paramount to our performance standards.
When a debtor is located, the account will be immediately
assigned back to the recovery specialist and moved to an
active priority status.
All non locatable skiptrace accounts will be periodically
reviewed for possible updated information and reassignment
to a recovery specialist. This process will continue until
an account matures past the statute of limitations.
Additionally, Stuart-Lippman and Associates is a subscriber
to many services that will automatically alert our collection
department if a debtor is attempting to obtain credit elsewhere.
